Part of the issue with WD40 (I thought) is that the ingredients will dry out o-rings. Not good if some happens to get on your carb, even though it probably shouldnt. Nice stand!!! I too think it looks a lot nicer than the old PVC stands (and they are fairly bulky compared to this one).
